In Zoroastrianism, the understanding of man is deeply intertwined with the philosophical and spiritual concepts of this religion. Pahlavi texts, as key sources, provide a comprehensive picture of the nature of man, his duties in the cosmic system, and the path to growth and perfection. A large part of these texts emphasizes the recommendation to educate and live on the basis of education as a transcendent goal in human life.In this research, the information was obtained through library research and analyzed using an analytical-descriptive method. Based on the findings of this research, educational principles in Pahlavi texts are manifested in values such as virtue, justice and fairness, piety, wisdom and good thinking, generosity and forgiveness, moderation and mutual respect. As a result, understanding the criteria, the educational characteristics emphasized in the Zoroastrian religion, on the one hand, and the components of educational action, on the other, clarify for us, and cause us to adhere more and more to important educational issues.
